If you require an exchange of size, color, or style, please indicate this in your return request.
Once we receive the returned item and confirm it's eligible for a return or exchange, we'll reship it within 3-5 business days.
4. Refund Information
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment account within 7 business days of receiving and verifying the returned item.
International orders may experience bank processing times, resulting in a slight delay in your payment.
Because we offer free standard shipping, shipping costs are generally not refundable, unless there are exceptional circumstances (such as incorrect shipment or damaged items).

To ensure the safety of your items, please use a reliable courier for return shipping and retain the tracking number for easy tracking.
